Great points Sheila and I totally agree. I thought instead of writing a long article that no one would ever finish reading, I would break up my thoughts about having a green wedding... food, gowns, centerpieces, invitations, locations, and everything in between. I love your ideas about the reuse/replant. I am going to try to continue these articles regularly because it IS a very important topic that I feel strongly about.

A green wedding doesn't have to be "all or nothing." Every little bit helps, whether it's using potted plants as centerpieces instead of cut flowers, giving your guests tree seedlings instead of trinkets, or having placecards made from all natural botanicals that can be taken home after the wedding and planted in the garden.
