So, it is officially that time of year… a time that I myself am not too fond of. Yes, its October, and though I love the Fall months, Halloween looms in the distance waiting to ensnare me in its’ haunted web. It never fails, year after year, I get pushed into going to some type of spooky festival, haunted house, or to an event where I leave crying. I don’t dislike horror stuff… I just don’t like being scared in person! My husband on the other hand is a horror fanatic! We have new films in our DVD player every weekend waiting to go. He falls asleep and I’m left watching Jason run after a stupid chick who shouldn’t have gone to Camp Crystal Lake anyway! Oh, but enough of my whining… this blogs’ for you Matt! (more…)
Harvest and Fall go together like pumpkin and pie (can you tell I was studying for the GRE?). Apart from analogies, the Fall months really are an amazing time to get married… especially in the Midwest and Eastern seaboard. The weather is crisp and usually free from inclement weather, even though it has been quite rainy here in Columbus! My husband and I got married in November, and I must say it was a really good choice. For those who are newly engaged, or who are planning a Fall wedding for 2010, there are so many options to choose from. I pulled together a little bundle of inspirations I love.
